Our team brings together decades of experience across business consulting, security, hospitality, marketing and events. Beyond helping businesses grow, we recognise the importance of giving back, supporting local initiatives and creating opportunities for people and organisations to thrive.
At Trojan Consultants, we understand that success is about more than business results. It is also about the relationships we build, the opportunities we create and the communities we support along the way.
Our team values collaboration, integrity and reliability. We believe that when businesses, sporting organisations, charities and community groups work together, they can create meaningful outcomes that extend beyond the workplace.
From supporting grass roots sport to helping businesses develop valuable partnerships, we are proud of the role that strong connections can play in bringing people together.

We recognise the important role that local sporting clubs play in developing young talent, building confidence and bringing communities together. Through connections with junior rugby league, our team has helped support initiatives that give emerging players opportunities to showcase their abilities.
We believe in using our networks and opportunities to support causes that matter. Our team's involvement in community sporting initiatives has included charitable contributions to organisations such as Ronald McDonald House and Camp Quality.
Strong relationships are at the heart of what we do. We help businesses build professional networks, explore new opportunities and develop partnerships that can contribute to long-term growth and stronger business communities.

One example of our team's community involvement is the Battle of the States Charity Match, an initiative championed by Trojan Consultants Director and Senior Business Consultant Peter Sleiman through his involvement with New South Wales Junior Rugby League.
The concept was developed to address a gap in the junior rugby league pathway by bringing talented young players from different districts and states together, giving them a platform to demonstrate their skills and gain valuable exposure. Growing from relationships with grassroots clubs, including the Guildford Owls, the initiative reflects the value of bringing sporting communities together. Its charitable dimension has also supported the broader goal of giving back, with contributions to Ronald McDonald House and Camp Quality.
For us, initiatives like this demonstrate how sport can create opportunities, strengthen connections and make a positive contribution to the wider community.
Whether you're looking to develop a partnership, support a community initiative, improve your business strategy or explore new opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
